5. Legal basis & Consent Mode v2

Legal basis: Functional cookies are necessary for the service (legitimate interest/contract). Analytics and marketing cookies are set only with your prior consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You may change or withdraw consent at any time.

We do not use an IAB TCF vendor profile unless expressly stated otherwise. Analytics load only after consent (basic consent). Without consent we do not send analytics data.

6. Third-party embeds/SDKs

Our site may use embeds or SDKs (e.g., YouTube, Google Maps). These parties may set their own cookies. Such components are loaded only after consent (where applicable) or by a click-to-load mechanism. Browser notification permissions are managed by your browser or operating system; we only read the permission state to show notifications while you are logged in.

8. Transfers outside the EU/EEA

Where data is processed outside the EU/EEA by vendors (e.g., analytics/ads), this occurs only with appropriate safeguards (EU SCCs or an adequacy decision). Where possible we pseudonymise/anonymise data. For the installable web app your browser may also cache files locally through a service worker; this is used for functionality and offline fallback, not for tracking or ads.
